- Call 1-800-963-5934 (toll free in the US and Canada)
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key."
Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to
check your report for feedback or questions.

If you wish to make an anonymous report, the information you provide here will be retained on the EthicsPoint website, not on NIHFCU's intranet. Once a report is received, the information will be reviewed and, if appropriate, assigned for further action. All reports will be fully considered, and an initial response will be available within 5-7 business days. You may return to the EthicsPoint website at anytime to check the status of your report.
