How to File a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
  • Select the "File a Report" link at the top of this web page, or
  • Call 1-800-963-5934 (toll free in the US and Canada)
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
NIH Federal Credit Union is committed to the well being of our Associates and Members, and we subscribe to a high ethical standard in everything we do. To this end, we provide Associates with this anonymous, confidential, and convenient method for sharing concerns, and for reporting actual or suspected misconduct of anyone associated with the Credit Union, including fellow Associates, Managers and Executives, and Directors or other Volunteers.
If you wish to make an anonymous report, the information you provide here will be retained on the EthicsPoint website, not on NIHFCU's intranet. Once a report is received, the information will be reviewed and, if appropriate, assigned for further action. All reports will be fully considered, and an initial response will be available within 5-7 business days. You may return to the EthicsPoint website at anytime to check the status of your report.
Everyone at NIHFCU is committed to fair and equitable work practices, and a workplace free from retaliation or retribution. The EthicsPoint tool helps to ensure that serious concerns can be safely and confidentially reported, without fear of retaliation. We appreciate your support in helping to maintain the highest ethical standards at NIH Federal Credit Union.
